We need a highly organized and friendly candidate who has good customer service skills to join our dynamic, fast-paced dental team. This role requires a skilled and detail-oriented individual- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities is a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly/warm manner
- Provide exceptional customer support: answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner. Managing incoming calls from Patients and Referring Offices
- Manage patient scheduling and appointments efficiently
- Patient Registration and presenting treatment plans (will train)
- Verify insurance information and process payments (will train)
- Collaborate with other office staff members to ensure seamless office operations. Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental team.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Communicate with other offices for referrals and for patient records
- Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing. Administrative and Office responsibilities
- Build patient relationships based on trust and empathy.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
- Prior experience as a Front Desk Receptionist, Dental Receptionist, or Medical Receptionist is recommended, but NOT required.
