- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients in a warm and friendly manner
- Collect and update patient information from intake forms
- Use Solution Reach to communicate with patients and manage intake forms
- Maintain office email accounts
- Send and upload faxes
- Keep a clean and organized work area
- Verify vision and medical insurance plans
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answering and making phone calls
- Assist coworkers in other areas as needed
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
