Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous Test Administrator (TA) to join our team. In this role, you will manage the inventory and administration of various tests, ensuring accurate tracking and effective communication with students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Check and enter examination details into the AFAEMS inventory module upon receipt. Update DANTES inventory sheets monthly. Inventory the contents of safes each time they are accessed and assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventories and Air University reports. Identify and record details of newly arrived Air University tests, including student names, test IDs, and expiration dates. Enter AFIADL tests into the data file and schedule testing with the squadron training NCO. Prepare and process DANTES order forms for
TCO/ATCO
signature. Monitor test stock levels and ensure adequate supplies based on usage patterns and recommendations. Notify students about test arrivals via mail or phone. File score reports in student records and on AF Form 186, Individual Record-Education Services Program. Discard outdated materials within 7 days of receiving new publications and ensure timely return of expired exams. Maintain and update the DANTES Examination Program Handbook (DEPH) and handle special order tests and follow-ups. Keep statistical data related to test administration and assist with reports and presentations as requested. Organize all documents and correspondence by calendar year and ensure AFAEMS tables are current. Refer scheduling or policy questions to the TCO/ATCO and test result inquiries to counselors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education is required. Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills are essential. Familiarity with standardized educational and military testing programs, including Air Force terminology, is preferred. Proficiency in basic office administrative procedures and software, including Windows, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access, is necessary.
