This role involves assisting physicians with medical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and maintaining precise electronic medical records (EMR/EHR). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology, excellent writing skills, and the ability to interact professionally with patients. Duties Accompany physicians into patient examinations to document patient histories, physical exams, diagnostic results, and treatment plans directly into the EMR system.
