Medical Scribe Monday-Thursday | 7AM-5PM | $20-25/hour |

Our board-certified physicians are recognized for clinical excellence and compassionate care, delivering personalized treatment plans that improve patients' quality of life. What You'll Do As a Medical Scribe, you'll provide both clinical and administrative support to help deliver outstanding patient care and ensure efficient daily clinic operations. Room patients and obtain medical histories, vital signs, and test results Prepare exam and treatment rooms, equipment, and instruments Assist providers during examinations and in-office procedures Administer medications under physician supervision Assist with pre- and post-procedure patient care and transfers Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and manage patient waitlists Check patients in, verify information, and maintain accurate medical records Manage medical supply inventory and stock exam rooms Provide compassionate support to patients and their families Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic policies Complete required annual training Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting Medical Assistant certification preferred (or required based on clinic needs) Pain management, orthopedic, or spine experience is a plus, but not required Skills for Success Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service and patient care mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Commitment to patient confidentiality and quality care
