Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Medical Assistant/ Experienced Physician (International Medical Graduate) / Medical Office Manager/Medical Scribe to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of clinical practice , medical administration, and practice management, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient care. This multifaceted role requires expertise in medical assisting, office operations, and clinical support within diverse medical out patient Clinic . The successful applicant will be instrumental in ensuring efficient clinic operations while providing compassionate and professional patient service. Foreign Medical Graduate/IMG friendly Duties Assist physicians with patient examinations, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for procedures, and documenting clinical notes accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, medication administration, and basic life support to support patient care across Manage administrative functions including scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, processing ICD coding for diagnoses, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Oversee daily clinic operations by supervising staff, coordinating patient intake processes, and managing inventory of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals. Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers to enhance patient service experience and address inquiries effectively. Implement quality improvement initiatives by monitoring EMR/EHR systems for accuracy and completeness of medical records and documentation. Experience Proven experience in clinical settings such as Family practice clinic Demonstrated proficiency in medical assisting tasks including phlebotomy, vital signs collection, medication administration, and basic physiology knowledge. Strong background in medical office management with experience overseeing clinic operations, staff supervision, and workflow optimization. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for electronic health records management and documentation accuracy. Knowledge of ICD coding standards for diagnosis documentation and familiarity with pharmacology principles relevant to outpatient or inpatient care. Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
