Job Description

As a Clinical Technician you will be responsible for assisting with support to ensure efficient operation of the clinic. You will support the medical assistants, doctors, nurse practitioners and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner. We will provide the training and support to help build your career and introduce career path options as you grow with us.DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO
- Interview patients and document basic medical history
- Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced clinic
- Update medical records
- Assist the doctors and nurse practitioners during medical examinations
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms
- Other appropriate duties may be assigned that are not listed in the description
REQUIREMENTS
- Time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- A passion for serving others when they are injured
- This position requires frequent, prolonged periods of standing and sitting
- Previous medical or hospital experience preferred, but not required
- Must be able to maintain effective working relationship with patients, employees, providers and other medical facilities
