Job Description

As a Clinical Technician you will be responsible for assisting with support to ensure efficient operation of the clinic. You will support the medical assistants, doctors, nurse practitioners and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner. We will provide the training and support to help build your career and introduce career path options as you grow with us.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO
  • Interview patients and document basic medical history
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced clinic
  • Update medical records
  • Assist the doctors and nurse practitioners during medical examinations
  • Prepare and clean treatment rooms
  • Other appropriate duties may be assigned that are not listed in the description
REQUIREMENTS
  • Time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer skills
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • A passion for serving others when they are injured
  • This position requires frequent, prolonged periods of standing and sitting
  • Previous medical or hospital experience preferred, but not required
  • Must be able to maintain effective working relationship with patients, employees, providers and other medical facilities
