Position Summary We are actively seeking medical graduates (MDs only) — to join our dynamic team as Clinic Assistants . This is an excellent opportunity for international medical graduates looking for hands-on clinical experience in the U.S. healthcare system, especially those intending to pursue residency. Clinic Assistants play a critical role by relieving physicians of clerical and administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on direct patient care. You'll assist with patient documentation, coordination of care, and communication within the clinic — all while delivering exceptional service. Additionally, eligible candidates will have the opportunity to apply for a NY limited medical license under the supervision of our licensed physicians. Key Responsibilities Work in a fast-paced urgent care and / or nursing home facility for the full duration of scheduled shifts 8 hours excluding breaks. Document patient encounters in the EMR during real-time physician-patient interactions. Retrieve and summarize patient medical history and clinical data as needed. Facilitate diagnostic tests (e.g., X-rays, ultrasounds) and specialist referrals through our Aftercare system. Provide empathetic, respectful care and support to all patients. Assist physicians during medical procedures and patient care tasks. Communicate professionally with patients, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers under physician direction. Help clinic office administration Support onboarding and training of new Clinic Assistants/scribes as needed.

Qualifications Required :

MD (Doctor of Medicine) — from a U.S. or international institution. Strong English communication skills (spoken and written). Professional demeanor and commitment to patient-centered care. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Experience with EMRs is a plus but not required (training provided).
