Full Job Description Duties:
Assist healthcare professionals in documenting patient medical records, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans. Accompany physicians during patient examinations and transcribe relevant information into electronic health records (EHR) systems. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all patient encounters. Ensure all patient orders and consults are inputted daily. Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate efficient patient care. Build positive relationships within the hospital. Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality.
Experience:
Previous experience as a Medical Scribe is preferred but not required. Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is required Proficient typing skills and ability to accurately transcribe information in real-time. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
