Job Description
Job Summary Madrid Family Care Clinic is seeking an experienced Medical Scribe to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have previous medical scribing experience, excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to accurately document patient encounters in real time while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Responsibilities Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record (EMR). Record patient histories, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans as directed by the provider. Enter laboratory, imaging, and referral orders when instructed. Review documentation for completeness and accuracy. Assist providers in maintaining efficient patient flow. Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
