• 2024 & 2025 What You'll Be Doing Maintain accurate and detailed records and reports Document medication administration and related activities Follow all medication management policies and procedures Record resident medical information and vital signs as needed Monitor and document self-administration of medications by residents Order and re-order medications, supplies, and equipment , partnering with pharmacies and families Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members What We're Looking For A high school diploma or GED One (1) or more years of experience as a Medication Technician in an Assisted Living community Arizona State Caregiver Certification through Direct Care Current CPR and First Aid certification A valid fingerprint clearance card A current food handler's card Strong customer service skills and attention to detail Silver Birch Living is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
