Lead Medication Aide/RCC
Job Description
As a Lead Medication Aide/Resident Care Coordinator at Trustwell Living, you'll help ensure our residents receive exceptional, personalized care while supporting and coordinating our Resident Care Partner team. Working closely with the Health Services Director, you'll combine hands-on care, leadership, scheduling, and coordination to help create a safe, welcoming community where residents can thrive. What You'll Do Coordinate daily resident care and support individualized care plans. Assist with ADLs including bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, transferring, eating, and medication assistance. Assist with clinical staff scheduling to ensure resident needs are met. Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of care team members. Provide leadership and guidance to the care team and participate in Manager on Duty responsibilities. Support medication management and resident care in the absence of the Health Services Director. Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help maintain high standards of care. Document and report resident or community concerns and assist with investigations as needed. Promote resident dignity, satisfaction, independence, and overall quality of life. Ensure care is delivered in accordance with applicable regulations and community standards. What We're Looking For Arizona Assisted Living Caregiving Certification with Nurse Delegation, as required by the state. Required state certifications or eligibility to obtain them. Strong communication and organizational skills. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software. Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach. Ability to lead, support, and motivate others. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional nights as needed. Why Join Us?
