At TreVista Senior Living , an Agemark Senior Living community, our Medication Techs play an important role in helping residents feel safe, supported, and cared for. We're looking for a compassionate and dependable On-Call Medication Tech to support our residents and care team as needed. What You'll Do Safely assist with medication administration according to physician orders, resident care plans, and applicable requirements Accurately document medication administration and maintain resident records Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and promptly report them to nursing staff Assist residents with activities of daily living while maintaining their dignity and independence Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and team members Help create a positive, supportive environment where residents feel at home What We're Looking For Required medication training, certification, or qualifications applicable to the position Previous senior living, caregiving, or medication assistance experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in serving older adults Flexibility to work varying shifts, days, weekends, and holidays based on community needs Why You'll Love Working at Agemark Free Meal While You Work
