Pay Range:
$17-18What You'll Do:
Work on a team of Medication Technicians to assist our residents with their medication by preparing and passing medication in different forms. Organize and maintain Medication Storage. Communicate with management, physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and families regarding medication changes or missed doses. May assist our resident with activities of daily living that can include continence care, showering, grooming, transfer assistance, and meal assistance. Monitor and report changes in resident care plans to management. Document care accurately using company-provided devices and follow individual care plans. Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices. Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.Qualifications:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required - we will train the right candidate!Benefits
