- Full-time Braswell's Leisure Manor is looking for a med tech: The hours are: Wednesday-Sunday 3pm-11pm
Med Tech Duties:
Set up and assist administering medications as directed by healthcare providers Order medications as needed Quality patient care Documentation of medication administration Documentation of resident care and concerns As a med tech there is always some caregiving involved Responding to emergency bells and sending residents to the hospital as neededCaregiving Duties:
Assist residents with activities of daily living. Including changing adult briefs, changing clothes, feeding, ambulating and bathing.Skills:
- Proficiency in medication administration
- Experience working in an assisted living facility or long-term care facility is a plus
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality guidelines
- As a Medication Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care to residents.
