Job Description
Come in and fill out application at: Seasons Belleair, 1145 Ponce De Leon Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33756. Hiring for all shifts. Seasons Belleair Memory Care is a family-owned and operated Assisted Living Facility where our residents are loved and cared for like family. We are looking for an experienced Caregiver to join our team. This is a full-time position. Must be professional and dependable. We are looking for someone who is a go-getter and multi-tasker with a warm and friendly personality, who is compassionate and caring, is organized and pays close attention to detail. Responsibilities Provide resident care, emotional support, supervision of self-administered medications, bathing, assistance with all ADL'S, proper paperwork management and documentation for all residents of the Community. Assist residents with any problems they may have or direct them to appropriate to help them. Keep files up to date and neat. Provide a pleasant and loving environment for all residents. Be responsible for all additional hands on assistance of residents. Make administration aware of resident's problems which may result in that resident needing additional services, more assistance with daily care or transfer to another facility. Communicate with pharmacies as necessary to ensure that all residents have medications in the Community as ordered. (If working as a Med-Tech) Count narcotics with off-going shift and sign narcotic book appropriately. (If working as a Med-Tech) Sign in and read communication log, initialing that you have read and understand the previous entries since the last shift you worked. Make note in the log of any information concerning residents, as they occur to ensure that the following shifts also have the information
