Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Medication Technician AND Resident Care Aide to join our care team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors, a commitment to delivering quality care, and the flexibility to work weekends as part of their schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications safely and accurately (Medication Technician role). Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting. Provide compassionate support and companionship to residents, including those in memory care. Monitor and document residents' conditions and promptly report changes to nursing staff. Ensure resident safety and comfort at all times. Support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity. Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. CURRENT Medication Technician (Med Tech) certification
REQUIRED.
Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to handle sensitive resident needs with compassion and patience. Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work weekends. This position
