Tuition Reimbursement Job Summary:
The purpose of the Medication History Technician I is to prepare complete medication histories for patients. Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure accurate medication records. Educates patients and caregivers on the importance of accurate medication information.

Hours :
Rotating Shifts, 8 hour day/evening shifts (Hours are based on operational needs) Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week) Every 3rd Weekend work required (Saturday & Sunday, 1:00pm - 9:30pm)

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required. Completion of an
ASHP/ACPE
accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred. 0 to 2 years of pharmacy technician experience.
PHRMTECH-R
- Registered Pharmacy Technician required. PHAR-C - Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) certification required.
