Part-time This position will work 3pm - 8pm Monday through Friday. One overnight shift is expected each week. Make a Difference Every Day We are a locally owned home healthcare company dedicated to helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers who are certified medication passers and passionate about providing exceptional care. Position Summary As a Home Health Caregiver / Medication Aide, you will provide personalized support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, companionship, and overall well-being. This role is ideal for individuals who are caring, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality client-centered care. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Safely administer and document medications according to company policies and care plans. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands as needed. Monitor and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or cognitive condition. Maintain accurate documentation and communication with supervisors and family members when appropriate. Follow all safety, infection control, and client care procedures. Qualifications Certified Medication Aide/Medication Passer (or equivalent certification required by state regulations). Previous caregiving experience preferred. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor. Preferred Qualifications Experience in home healthcare, assisted living, or long-term care settings. Scheduling Requirements Flexible availability preferred. Must be willing to commit to working at least one weekend per month. Various shifts available, including days, evenings, and weekends.
