Job Description
South Hills Senior Living (Waterloo, IA) is looking to hire energetic Resident Assistants (RA) to join our team. This position is for a 3rd shift (40 hour) position. This position is a every other weekend position. As an RA your job will require you to: Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their individual service plans Assist in all aspects of a resident's daily life, including meal service, social engagement and activities of daily living Administer medication to the residents (Require Medication Manager course that is provided by the employer and requires you to be 18+ years of age) Appropriately communicate with leadership Housekeeping with the resident rooms and facility Interact with residents and family throughout the shift Shift differentials are included.
