We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medication Aide to join our healthcare team. As a Medication Aide, you will be responsible for assisting with medication administration and providing support to patients in various healthcare settings. This is an important role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to patients according to prescribed orders and established protocols
• Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications
• Document medication administration accurately and timely in medical records
• Assist with vital signs monitoring, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication management
• Maintain patient records

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Medication Aide or similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with medical documentation and record keeping practices
• Knowledge of medication administration procedures and best practices
• Experience working with individuals with seniors is a plus
