We are looking for a Kentucky Medication Aide (KMA) to assist in administering medications and support our residents in the memory care unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to caregiving.Essential Duties:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Maintain accurate medication records and ensure proper documentation Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines Take amazing care of our residentsWork Experience:
Certified Kentucky Medication Aide (KMA) CPR certification Previous experience in memory care or a similar setting preferred Strong understanding of medication administration procedures and protocols Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds and bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach and sit for long periods Willingness to perform additional duties as assignedWhat We Offer:
