Role Overview The Medication Aide/Med Tech is responsible for administering medications and treatments safely and accurately to residents, ensuring dignity and compliance with regulations. They follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration, document in MAR/TAR in real-time, and observe residents during and after medication passes. The role involves monitoring symptoms, reporting concerns promptly, completing narcotic counts, maintaining organized medication carts, and adhering to infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

High School Diploma/GED and age 18+ Medication Administration certification CPR and First Aid certification Strong documentation and communication skills

Senior care experience
