Compensation:

Ranging from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour; based upon years of licensure. Potential for shift differential of $1.00 per hour for evening and night shifts. How you will make an impact Supporting the resident's physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs Assisting residents in activities of daily living Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging Providing assistance with resident activities and programs Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter Administration of medication to residents What you will need Must be at least 18 years of age Current, active CNA I certification for the state f Maryland Current, active certification for Certified Medication Technician Minimum of 1 year of CNA I experience required Minimum of 1 year of Medication Technician experience highly preferred Current CPR certification required Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
