Wellcome Manor is seeking a full time Medication Coordinator to work at Wellcome Manor Family Services.

Hours:

Full time shift, 545am-215pm Every other weekend and holidays.

Regular duties include:

Responsible for administration of medication and other treatments and/or delegated tasks as allowed by state law under the direct supervision of the nurse Will provide safe, quality, ethical personal care to the clients and their children

Required Skills:

Applicants should want to create a clean and friendly environment, have patience for all age groups, and be able to multitask. Applicants should be able to communicate well with others and be able to work as a team. Wellcome Manor is looking for applicants who are or have been a TMA, CNA or a person with medication administration experience (not required but preferred).

Required Experience:

Must be free of chemical use problems for one year Understand and establish professional boundaries with clients and coworkers Pleasant and outgoing disposition Flexibility in accepting work assignments as needed. Able to handle sensitive situations in a calm, professional manner. Able to pass a MN DHS Background Study. Background in substance use/abuse and mental health preferred but not required.
