Role:

As a Certified Medication Technician, you will be responsible for: Administering prescribed medications and treatments as defined by state regulations in accordance with approved techniques and noting time and amount on resident's chart. Verifying identity of resident receiving medication and recording name of drug, dosage, and time of administration on specified forms and records. Presenting medication to residents and observing ingestion or other application, or administering medication, using specified procedures. Performing any miscellaneous work assignments as may be required.

Requirements:

Certified as required by state law. Previous experience in long-term care preferred.
