CMT:

Administer and assist residents with self-administration of prescribed medications under RN/LPN supervision Monitor, document, and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with all regulations Promote resident safety and well-being in all aspects of care Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Encourage social engagement and foster a positive community environment Supervise and support CNA staff and provide direct care when needed Transport residents to meals and activities and assist with feeding when required Conduct regular resident rounds and follow up on care needs

What You'll Need:
