Role:
Certified Medication Aide Responsibilities:
Assist licensed nurses in administering medications accurately and safely Prepare, pass, and document medication administration following regulations Monitor vital signs and report patient concerns promptly Support infection control standards and chronic disease management Assist with basic clinical tasks in a correctional healthcare setting
Qualifications & Skills:
Certification as a Medication Aide Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols Ability to document care accurately and follow regulations Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail Commitment to safety, compassion, and professional growth
