We see a blank canvas for recovery. We're looking for a high-energy Fire & Contents Restoration Manager who brings serious leadership, operational grit, and technical savvy to every job site. In this dual-impact role, you'll lead from the front as both our operational engine and primary estimator. If you love driving projects, mastering restoration technology, and being the hero in someone's worst moment, this is your stage.
What You'll Own Command Operations & Estimating:
Scope job sites, write precise estimates, and lead field crews through complex fire, smoke, and pack-out projects from start to finish.
Master Tech & Contents:
Drive efficiency by leveraging multiple industry technology platforms to manage digital inventory, schedule crews, line-item jobs, and track pack-out/pack-backs.
Drive Quality & Safety:
Maintain high industry standards (IICRC compliance), keep equipment dialed in, and ensure proper job documentation for seamless billing. Delight the
Customer:
Be the calm, confident partner for homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters during high-stress situations. Own the
Numbers:
Manage project budgets, control production expenses (labor, assets, materials), and actively negotiate scopes for maximum job profitability. Build the
Crew:
Recruit, hire, and mentor a top-tier restoration team.
Expand Operational Scope:
Manage specialized Bio-Remediation jobs with discretion and strict protocol, and step in to assist with Water Restoration projects whenever the call arises
What You Bring Field Proven:
3+ years in restoration with experience specializing in fire, smoke, contents, and job estimating.
Tech-Savvy Leader:
High comfort level working across multiple platforms (e.g., Xactimate, job management software, digital inventory tools).
Leadership Background:
At least 1 year in a supervisory role with a track record of coaching team members.
Certified Expertise:
IICRC certifications (FSRT, OCT, CCT) are a major plus.
Bilingual Advantage:
Spanish language skills are a strong plus to help lead our diverse teams and serve our community.
Field Ready:
Valid driver's license, high school diploma/GED (degree preferred), and the physical capability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and inspect tight spaces. Why Join Us?
