Role:

As a Certified Medication Aide, you will be responsible for administering medications to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses. This critical role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians and under the supervision of licensed nurses Monitor residents for adverse reactions to medications and report any concerns to licensed nurses Document medication administration and resident responses in accordance with facility policies Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for residents Maintain accurate records and reports, including medication administration records and incident reports Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:
