Overview We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse and Sales Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and drive sales activities. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory efficiently. Oversee inventory management to maintain accurate stock levels and facilitate timely replenishment. Take photographs of in-stock items to create appealing online listings that attract potential buyers. Create and update online product listings across various sales platforms to maximize visibility and sales opportunities. Facilitate the sale of inventory by engaging with customers, processing orders, and ensuring smooth transaction processes. Coordinate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed within the warehouse environment. Monitor stock movement, prepare reports on inventory status, and implement improvements for operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics is preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control. Basic proficiency in photography or willingness to learn how to take quality photos of products. Experience with creating online listings on e-commerce platforms or social media channels is a plus. Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and team members. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of safety standards related to warehouse operations is desirable.
