Ability to accurately measure vital signs and recognize signs of distress or adverse reactions related to medication administration. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality at all times. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring specialized dementia or Alzheimer's care is advantageous.
