• Safely provide medications according to physician orders and resident care plans. Maintain Accurate Records
• Document medication administration completely and on time. Monitor Residents
• Watch for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and report them promptly. Provide Compassionate Care
• Assist with daily living needs while protecting each resident's dignity and independence. Offer Overnight Support
• Help maintain a calm, safe, and comfortable environment throughout the night. Build Meaningful Connections

• Bring compassion, accountability, and team spirit to every shift. What You'll Bring Required Certification
• An active 40-hour Medication Aide certification that meets Nebraska requirements. Compassionate Approach

• Strong verbal, written, and documentation abilities. Technology Skills
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and electronic records. Dependability
