The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, monitoring patient responses to medications, and providing patient education regarding medication use. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the elderly population, a strong understanding of medication administration protocols, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist with medication administration and documentation Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding medication administration. Assist with the development of care plans for patients. Maintain accurate records of medications administered and patient responses. Assist in the development of patient care plans. Provide support to geriatric patients in long-term care settings.
