What You'll Do Administer medications, as prescribed, and under the direction of a licensed nurse. Completes documentation of medication administration. Promptly report to the nurse, a resident's request/need for PRN medications. Promptly report to the nurse any adverse or concerning reactions to medications. C ommunicate effectively with residents, staff, management and families. Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures that falls under the scope of the Certified Medication Aide. Provides physical resident care to include all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming. Answers call lights in a timely manner and responds accordingly to the resident's needs. Any other duties as assigned or delegated by the Director of Care. What We're Looking For Requires a high school diploma or GED.
