Gigi's Place on Spring Valley is looking for dependable, compassionate Certified Medication Aides who want to do more than simply complete a task list. We are a small, 16-resident community in Miamisburg built around meaningful relationships, personalized care, and the belief that older adults deserve to feel truly known and valued. Our medication aides will be responsible for: Safely administering medications and completing required documentation Monitoring residents and promptly communicating changes or concerns Providing hands-on assistance with personal care and daily needs Creating genuine connections with residents and their families Working collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and leadership Helping maintain a calm, comfortable, and home-like environment We expect exceptional care. That means protecting each resident's dignity, paying attention to the little things, following through, and treating every resident the way you would want someone you love to be treated. The right person will be reliable, patient, attentive, and willing to step in wherever needed. Experience caring for individuals with dementia is strongly preferred.
