Role:
As a Certified Medication Assistant (CMA), you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Administering medications to residents as ordered by physicians Assisting with vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation Providing personalized care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care Collaborating with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents
Responsibilities:
Administer medications to residents in accordance with federal and state regulations Document medications administered and monitor resident response Assist with vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards residents, families, and staff Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
