Nestled in one of Beaverton's most established and charming neighborhoods, The Springs at Beaverton is a warm and welcoming Assisted Living community with 58 thoughtfully designed apartments. Connection and compassionate care are at the center of everything we do. We are currently seeking an on-call Medication Technician/Caregiver who is willing and able to work weekends and holidays. On-call employees must be available to pick up a minimum of one shift per month. Medication Technician Duties As a Medication Technician, you will: Administer medications and treatments or assist residents with self-administration. Measure and document vital signs and weight. Observe residents for changes or concerns and promptly report them to a supervisor. Communicate with physicians and implement physician orders. Accurately document pertinent resident information. Serve as the on-floor supervisor and provide leadership to the team during your shift. Perform other duties as assigned by the Health Services Supervisor. We are looking for someone with a demonstrated ability to lead and support a team while providing attentive, compassionate care. Caregiver Duties As a Caregiver, you will help residents live well with grace and dignity. Responsibilities may include assisting residents with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, dining, mobility, and other personal care needs. You will be part of a supportive team working together to provide personalized, high-quality care to our treasured residents. If you are new to health care, we provide the training needed to help you succeed, along with optional online and in-person learning opportunities to support your continued development. Overnight Shifts Employees receive differential pay for eligible hours worked between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m
