• Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments to residents as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Provide basic nursing care, including wound care and ostomy care
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of medication administration and resident care
• Participate in resident assessments and care planning meetings
• Work closely with the nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure interdisciplinary care

• Requirements:

• Medication Technician certification (MT)
• (or willingness to obtain within six months of hire)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a healthcare-related field preferred
