We are looking for a Medication Tech to join our team at Harmony Living As the Medication Technician you will be responsible for the daily functioning of the health care needs of the residents.

• Administers medications and treatments.
• Measures vital signs and weight.
• Adheres to all medication room systems per policy.
• Communicates with physicians, via fax, visit form, and telephone.
• Implements physician orders.
• Documents pertinent information in resident charts and elsewhere per policy. (e.g., incident reports).
• Communicates with RN according to specified criteria.
• Adheres to emergency protocols, including performing CPR and administering first aid as necessary.
• Assists in development and revision of service plans by informing RN of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches.
• Performs other duties as directed by RN.
