We are a small, 16-bedroom personal care home, and we truly care for our residents as if they were family. This is their home, and we work together as a team to make it a safe, comfortable, and welcoming place to live.
SCHEDULE
? Full-Time ? 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM ? Every other weekend ? Holiday rotation required
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Administer and document medications accurately. ? Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care. ? Provide compassionate, respectful care to each resident. ? Help with meal preparation and cooking as needed. ? Perform housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and comfortable home. ? Observe residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly. ? Work together with your coworkers to ensure all resident needs are met.
QUALIFICATIONS
? Current Med Technician certification (or eligible to obtain). ? Strong communication and organizational skills. ? Background check ? High school diploma required ? CPR/First Aid required ? DCS Competency test must be completed
