In this role, you'll pass medications, support resident care, complete charting, and work closely with the nursing team to help ensure residents receive the care they need throughout the night. What You'll Do Give medications safely and on time Watch for changes in residents and report concerns Help residents with daily care and support Work closely with caregivers and nurses Follow safety rules and care plans Help create a safe and welcoming community What You'll Need High school diploma or GED required Medication Technician or Medication Aide certification preferred Experience in senior living, long-term care, or a similar setting preferred Good attention to detail Strong communication skills Reliable and dependable Able to work well as part of a team Why Join Paramount Senior Living?
