• 3:00 PM Ashton Commons Senior Living is seeking a dependable and compassionate Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join our team on a full-time basis.

If you enjoy caring for seniors and take pride in providing safe, respectful, and personalized support, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Safely administer medications according to physician orders and community policies Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the appropriate team member Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed Accurately document medication administration and resident care Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Follow all medication, safety, infection control, and compliance procedures Work collaboratively with nursing and caregiving staff Qualifications Previous medication administration or senior living experience preferred Current Medication Technician certification, if required by state regulations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented Ability to communicate effectively and respond appropriately to resident needs A genuine desire to provide quality care to seniors Schedule Full-Time |
