Our facility is a warm and inviting facility. We are looking for dependable and dedicated staff that will provide outstanding care to our Residents. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete Medication pass on assigned unit per facility protocol. Document all medications given to residents scheduled. Report to Charge Nurse any change in Resident's status. Make sure Medication count is done and documented every shift. Providing personal services, such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and elimination. Recording and monitoring vital signs and performing basic laboratory tests Helping patients move in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs and automobiles. Maintaining a clean, healthy and safe environment. Providing basic wound care and CPR and first aid when needed. Participating in care planning and communicating with staff and family members.
QUALIFICATIONS
Dependable Experience required Valid current certifications Positive attitude
SCHEDULES
2pm to 10pm Various shifts available including opportunities for weekends and possible overtime.
