What You'll Do Assist residents with self-administration of medications per state guidelines Support activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfers, mobility, and incontinence care Partner daily with the Resident Services team to ensure continuity of care Participate in and help lead resident activities Deliver friendly, service-oriented care to residents, families, and visitors Other duties as assigned (full job description provided) What We're Looking For 18 years or older 1+ year experience working with seniors highly preferred Current CNA/NA license or certification (state-dependent), in good standing Current Registered Medication Aide certification required (68hr Course) Clean criminal background screening CPR/First Aid certification preferred or as required by state Comfort with computerized resident documentation systems a plus Must be able to pass a drug screen (drug-free workplace) Allegro Living, LLC serves as the parent company of Allegro Management Company and Spring Arbor Management Company, uniting decades of senior living expertise under one trusted name.
