This position monitors residents' daily activities, maintains documentation and records, assists with administrative duties, helps mediate resident conflicts, and supports the overall operation of the shelter in accordance with The Salvation Army's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor residents' daily activities, including passes, medication tracking, and general whereabouts. Maintain accurate records, shelter logs, resident tracking information, and computer data entry. Collect and document urinalysis and breathalyzer test results and report information as directed. Mediate conflicts between residents and help maintain a safe and orderly environment. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
