If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a deep understanding of networking and security, this is your opportunity to make a real impact—right at the heart of national operations. One must already hold a Secret-level clearance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Operating and managing network equipment including hubs, routers, switches, bridges, servers, and transmission media. Configuring and optimizing network hubs, routers, and switches. Developing and implementing network backup and recovery procedures. Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues. Installing and maintaining network infrastructure device operating system software. Monitoring network capacity and performance. Patching network vulnerabilities to safeguard information. Testing and maintaining network infrastructure including software and hardware devices. Implementing and testing network infrastructure contingency and recovery plans. Establishing and maintaining network security practices. Analyzing network traffic capacity and performance characteristics. Developing and validating network security measures. Preparing and maintaining documentation of network configurations and changes. Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client. Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science Certification in one of the following: o CompTIA Network+ Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Four or more years of related work experience Proven knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and handson experience applying AI solutions One must hold an active DoD Secret clearance Excellent written and verbal communication skills A highly motivated selfstarter Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skillsEOE Statement:
