The Medication Technician @ First Colonial Inn administers resident medication or assist residents with self-administration of medication and coordinate treatments to residents. Provide assistance with activities of daily living while encouraging independence and ensuring each resident's physical, social, cultural, and intellectual well-being.

•$2000 Sign on Bonus Paid out - 1/2 at 90 days and 1/2 at 6 months

Base Rate:

$18.45 - $19.25/hr

Evening Shift Differential:

+$1.50/hr Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as assigned in accordance with physician orders and company policies Observe residents for medication effectiveness, side effects, and changes in condition and report concerns appropriately Maintain accurate medication records and documentation Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Provide compassionate, person-centered care that promotes resident dignity and independence Support resident wellness and safety initiatives Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and other team members to ensure exceptional resident care Requirements Current Medication Technician, Medication Aide, or equivalent state-approved certification (required) must also have current

CNA, NA, PCA
