Our assisted living community is a primarily hands-off care environment, where residents are encouraged to remain as independent as possible while receiving support with daily routines, activities, and personal goals. Caregiver, You Will:

Assist residents with daily living activities including dressing, hygiene, housekeeping, and laundry Build positive relationships with residents while maintaining professional boundaries Help residents prepare for appointments, outings, and daily activities Complete daily documentation and progress notes Support residents in maintaining as much independence as possible One of the things that makes our community unique is the support available to our team members. Because many of our residents are highly independent, caregivers spend more time building relationships, encouraging resident engagement, and supporting daily routines rather than providing extensive hands-on care. Our Med Tech team coordinates medication administration, allowing caregivers to focus on resident support and quality of life.
