We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our new Avondale clinic as an Assistant Center Director . In this role, you will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, monitor client progress, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams. You will also assist the Center Director with staff training, orientations, onboarding, clinic operations, and administrative tasks , while helping maintain high standards of clinical care and regulatory compliance.
